Our client, a leader in the safety supply business, is looking to add an energetic Sales Representative to their team.  They have been in business for 13 years and their growth has continued to exceed expectations each year. This is a developmental role and we are looking for someone self-motivated to learn and grow with the company.  A successful Sales Representative will be a strategic thinker with strong relationship building skills, persuasive communication skills, and entrepreneurial orientation.

 

Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Determining customer’s needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
  • Follow up with current and past customers to build business.
  • Make calls to potential customers. Outbound work (50+ calls per day average)
  • Process customer related data entry and supply orders
  • Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.
  • Attend and participate in sales trainings support staff meetings/trainings.

Specific qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service / sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to transition efficiently from one task to another, prioritize and manage time.
  • Experience with NetSuite or other CRM System is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Education/Experience
