We are partnering with a fast-growing construction organization headquartered in Atlanta that is looking to add an experienced Recruiter to its talent acquisition team.
This individual will lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of construction and corporate positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from job posting and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality construction talent
- Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and human resources to understand workforce needs
- Manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates move efficiently through each stage of the hiring process
- Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, and quality of hire
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the construction industry
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume or rapidly growing organization
- Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and shifting priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work from the company’s Atlanta headquarters
