Quest Talent Solutions is a family-owned boutique recruiting firm. Since our inception in 2017, we have quickly made a name for ourselves in the retail, supply chain/distribution and sports & entertainment world to name a few. As we continue to grow, we are searching for an Account Executive to come on board and build new relationships with prospective clients and to create/maintain your newly created book of business.

 

Primary Role Synopsis:

Your role as an Account Executive is to market solutions and/or services to companies and identify specific client needs in a timely manner. You will be responsible for understanding the industry and the positions the company will require as well as building robust relationships with each client. Heavy phone use is required and tracked, so you must be comfortable on the phone and cold calling. Experience in recruiting is preferred, although relevant industry or B2B sales experience will be considered.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

· Strategically generate leads through a search process in order to set up meetings with prospective clients

· Build your book of business through warm and cold calling

· Utilize your current network in sourcing leads for potential business

· Conduct intake meetings with potential clients to understand hiring needs, business and culture

· Negotiate contract terms between Quest and potential client

· Source passive/active candidates for open roles

· Serve as point of contact and partner for clients regarding candidate interview facilitation

· Utilize multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, ZipRecruiter, etc) to source potential leads and/or candidates

· Performs all other duties, which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
